Privacy Policy

GlowHaus is an independent Australian online retailer. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit our store and how it is used.

Analytics and advertising measurement

We use the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. It records actions on this site — such as pages viewed, products added to cart and checkouts started — and sends them to Meta. We use this information to measure how our store performs and to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising.

The Meta Pixel is not loaded for visitors in regions that require tracking consent (such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland). Elsewhere it runs as described above. You can opt out of Meta's use of this data for ads at any time in your Facebook ad preferences, and you can block the pixel entirely with your browser's cookie or tracking settings.

Orders and checkout

Checkout is processed by Shopify. When you place an order, the details you enter at checkout (such as your name, address and payment information) are handled by Shopify under its own privacy policy. We receive the order details needed to fulfil your purchase.

Your choices

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, which stops future pixel tracking from this device. To ask a question about your data or request its deletion, contact us via the details on our About page.
